Luise Klaus conducts research on topics including open drug scenes, protest movements, and social inequality. For her doctoral dissertation, she conducted emotional mapping interviews with individuals involved in drug scenes. Previously, she worked on research projects focusing on urban safety and police use of force. Her most recent publication is an article on the development of Frankfurt’s approach to drug policy in the anthology Wie schafft man ein Problemviertel?
